Richard Dwelle

Richard is the founder of Rearden Digital Assets, a Web3 software company focused on building solutions for the decentralized carbon-based digital asset sector with a particular focus on the oil and gas industry. Before founding RDA, he was the COO of a publicly traded oil and gas production company. Prior to this, Richard served as the Country Manager and Chairman of oil and gas firm Wood International, FZE, based in Cairo, Egypt, from 2016 to 2020. From 2009 to 2014, he was Vice President of Business Development at Wood International, and prior to that, he held executive positions at National Petroleum and Energy, including Senior Vice President. Earlier in his career, Richard helped to pioneer the Mesh Networking industry as president of NexGen City. Richard is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s in business administration.
