Jessica Roman

Jessica Roman is manager, Sustainability Strategy, Policy and Engagement for Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company.

She has over 15 years of industry experience. Before assuming her current role in Sustainability, Roman was director, Strategy, since 2017 where she was responsible for refining strategy, optimization and performance analysis of East, Gulf coast and Central refineries. She also managed the WRB Refining LP joint venture partnership with Cenovus Energy.

Roman began her career in 2007 in the process design engineering department. She held various individual contributor and leadership roles in engineering and projects.

Roman graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken in 2007 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in chemical engineering.
