Christine Brandt Theodorsen

Christine Theodorsen is an experienced manager in change management, safety and security with more than 15 years of experience from the energy industry. She have had several positions within change management including a role within strategy for Equinor’s CIO. She is currently heading up a large change project in IT security, change management and competence aiming for all leaders and employees to better understand their risks and opportunities related to the energy transition and cyber security. Christine is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and have for the past 4 years started an internal community consisting of 1500 employees to emphasize the need for a broader talent pool in the industry and within technology.
