Against my background of 15 years of experience in the reliability, maintenance and turn arounds within Shell Chemicals and Products and a strong passion of using digital technologies to make the work easier for the people in the front line I am leading the Digital Twin journey for Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam. The Digital Twin journey is about so much more then only building a software platform; it is about data quality, process simplification, changing the ways of working and really winning over the hearts and minds of the people to make it success full and realizing the full potential.
