Thierry Grima

Since the last 22 years, Thierry helps global organization in various data programs. Thierry worked as Data management and Data & Analytics strategy lead in Northern Europe at a global consulting firm for more than 15 years. He was also CIO of the Data Innovation Lab for a French Insurance company and is now working as Group Chief Analytics Officer at ENGIE.

At Engie, Thierry Grima supports group entities in their data transformation : Define data strategy, run data ideation workshops to identify use cases, prioritize them based on their value, define data governance principles, data standards & policies for the group and improve employee’s data acculturation/literacy.
