Karen has over 30 years’ experience in the energy industry, working across all sectors including distribution, transmission and retail. In recent years, Karen has been particularly involved with large-scale programmes, such as the Smart Metering Implementation Programme and Ofgem Switching Programme. She has a particular interest in how better to collaborate across code bodies and sectors, finding ways to share data to reduce duplication, improve performance and drive the right outcomes
