Piotr Ciepiela

Piotr as the Global Architecture Engineering & Emerging Technologies Security Leader is responsible for such areas as: OT/IoT, AI, RPA, Blockchain, Cloud, SAP and MS security.

Globally recognized leader in Critical Infrastructure security and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security, Piotr is the co-founder of the Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) Team at EY. With vast practical experience he has led numerous projects in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Co-author of a book regarding Critical Infrastructure and numerous publications regarding ICS/SCADA security (published e.g. in Harvard Business Review). He participates in the creation of international OT/IoT and cybersecurity standards, supports various governments in critical infrastructure protection and has contributed to current regulations, methods and standards. Speaker at numerous conferences, University Lecturer on Protection of Industrial Control Systems. Acts as Independent Critical Infrastructure Expert in various initiatives globally.
