Conaill Soraghan leads the Data and Digitalisation Team at the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult – an innovation centre supporting the growth of the offshore renewables sector. Conaill’s team of data scientists and engineers are driving the industry to be more data-driven and exploit the full value from data and digital systems. He is a renewable asset specialist with ten years’ experience in the wind industry and a particular interest in the application of information systems and data science techniques to enhance wind farm production and asset management. His portfolio of projects includes the design and delivery of the world’s first offshore wind data sharing platform which is enabling sites to anonymously share performance data and reveal benchmarks for the industry.
