Clare Dobson

Clare Dobson is responsible for leading work on cyber security of the UK energy supply and offshore oil and gas policy at the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.  She is an experienced Civil Servant who has worked in several Government departments and has a background in private sector consultancy. Clare has worked with the energy sector for over a decade on domestic and international policy covering varied portfolios ranging from policy reviews across the energy market, international energy agreements and dialogues; domestic renewables schemes and decarbonisation.
