Åshild Hanne Larsen, Head of Subsurface Excellence & Digital at Equinor, is an award-winning technology executive widely recognized as a thought leader and speaker within the IT/technology area. Ms. Larsen started her career with Equinor in 1993 and has broad experience from professional and executive roles, including leadership of corporate transformations and large-scale organisational change efforts. She holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, and a Master of Arts degree from Universität Bielefeld. Ms. Larsen is a 2021 Global CIO 100,  winner of the 2020 Executive GRIT awards, CIO of the Year Europe 2019,  Leader of the Year 2019, and one of Norway’s 50 leading Women in Technology 2019.”
