Alan Bibb

Alan Bibb has over 26 years of Oil & Gas experience, the last 13 of which with Neptune Energy (and the acquired Engie/GDF Suez E&P entity) in a variety of IT and engineering roles in the UK and globally. Currently he holds a global IT role as IT Business Partner Manager for Assets which includes the development and deployment of the Neptune asset digital twins as well as the global production reporting and monitoring solutions.

His background is as an electronics engineer with the Royal Air Force before moving into software engineering and then IT management. He holds a first-class honours degree from the Open University.

His focus is applying his practical and technical knowledge together with a deep understanding of upstream operations to achieve impactful digital solutions.
