With responsibility for strategic & market development and global M&A evaluation, Will has worked in and advised on subsea service growth areas including decommissioning and integrity management and the successful roll out of innovative commercial models. Prior to Acteon, he held directorships and senior positions within offshore analysts Infield Systems (now Wood Mackenzie) and Douglas-Westwood where he provided strategic and market advisory to operators, major contractors, financiers, Governments, US Coastguard and US Congress.”
