As a senior member of the London corporate practice and a member of the firm's energy, natural resources and infrastructure group, Steven has deep experience of a wide range of domestic and cross border corporate work, advising investment funds, corporates and investment banks on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and other corporate transactions, with a key focus on oil and gas M&A his recent transactions include acting for

• Brookfield Capital Partners on the acquisition of Greenergy, the UK's largest road fuel distributor.
• An international oil company on the proposed acquisition of Shell and BG's entre upstream UK portfolio.
• MOL on its agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Wintershall (UK North Sea) Limited and non-operating interests in both the Sullom Voe Terminal and Brent Pipeline System for a base consideration of approximately US$375m.

Steven's experience includes acting on transactions in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
